The hike to Angels Rest Overlook is on a segment of the Appalachian Trail located in Pearisburg, VA. Directions from Blacksburg: 460W for ~25 miles, take the exit for SR 100, turn right onto Johnston Avenue, turn right onto Morris Avenue, and drive for a half mile until you see Appalachian Trail signs showing where the trail crosses the road. The Radford Mountain Bike Park was located south of Radford, Virginia. Directions from Blacksburg: take I-81S to exit 105, turn right onto Main Street, take a quick left onto Little River Road, go under the highway, take a left onto Peterson Drive, and park at the gate. Berry Pond Preserve Trails – Hiking, Dog Walking – Lake George, NY

Berry Pond Preserve is only three miles from Lake George Village. Directions: from I-87, take exit 21 for State Route 9N toward Lake Luzerne, turn onto NY-9N, turn right onto Transfer Road, and continue for 0.5 miles until you reach a large parking lot across from a football field. Chestnut Ridge Trail and Roanoke Mountain Campground – Virginia

Chestnut Ridge Trail and Roanoke Mountain Campground are located on the Mill Mountain Parkway between the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Mill Mountain Discover Center. Activities on the trail include hiking, dog walking, trail running, and horseback riding but mountain biking is not allowed.
