Wildlands Restoration Volunteers is another good one. They are a non-profit organization that provides does 30 or so projects in and around the Boulder area each summer season. I think the projects range from evening seed collections to overnight trail reroutes. They have a great sense of community and the food is amazing on the overnights. You can see their project site and register at their web site. www.wlrv.org
